    Análisis de prefactibilidad para un proyecto de innovación turística en el sector solidario en la ciudad de Pereira

    Tourism in Colombia has experienced a continuous growth, especially in nature tourism. In this sense, the present study is based on the solidarity model of shared weeks, where a cooperative is in charge of the infrastructure, and another entity, of the operational part. The objective of this project is to conduct a pre-feasibility study for a tourism innovation project in the solidarity sector, in order to satisfy the partners and contribute to the democratization of tourism. To achieve it, the following studies were developed: a sectoral and strategic study of the sector in which the project is located; a market study, that evidences the target market and marketing strategies; a technical-environmental study, which allowed to determine the capacities and impacts of the project, and a financial study and risk analysis, that allowed to identify the viability of the project in economic terms. As for the results, the market study revealed a potential demand of 47% of respondents who travel once a year, including within the offer a unique tourist experience and quality services; in the technical study, it was determined that the most viable location is the city of Pereira in the village Tinajas, department of Risaralda (Colombia), with a capacity to serve 50 tourists per day; in the administrative and legal study, the organic plant and the profiles of positions necessary for the project were identified, in addition to the regulations that cover cooperatives for its operation; finally, the economic and financial study revealed that the project of tourism innovation in the solidarity sector in Colombia shows a fixed investment and a positive cash flow from the second year of operation. In conclusion, the project is viable and feasible for its execution, considering the investment horizon.

    Proceso para definición del centro corporativo en una empresa del sector solidario : estudio de caso

    This work presents a deepening of the current concepts of literature about corporate headquarters both internationally and in the developments and interpretations of the Colombian context. Initially, there will be an approach to the understanding of the process of forming the corporate center in a solidarity economy entity in Colombia. Its purpose is to recognize more accurately its general characteristics and the stages needed to reach an institution that not only supports the objectives of this organization and generates benefits, but also to offer services to its members. In other words, to support the purposes of a solidarity-type organization. Later, an in-depth case study will be carried out on the corporate center of a solidarity economy entity that, based on the previous characterization, is considered of special interest and relevance for the objectives of this work. Finally, based on the set of results and the analysis of the previous aspects, a proposal for a corporate center for Cooperativa Financiera Confiar, which is in the process of reviewing its business structure or, in terms of the entity itself, in “solidarity platform”.
