    This document presents a research proposal carried out as requirement of the master’s degree in Financial Administration (MAF), which proposes the design of a strategic model of financial control for real estate projects directed to small constructors, the model develops based on the need for control and pursuit of the projects identified in the execution of different projects during the experiences of the author -- The object of the investigation is faced to the search of a tool that allows systematizing a process of storage, prosecution, analysis and management of the financial information of the real estate projects, which is a model that facilitates and cross-integrates the traceability of the projects of this type of companies
