Ítem Bienes de uso público : modalidades de explotación económica, legalidad, retos y limitaciones de su explotación en la ciudad de Medellín(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Pulgarín Pulgarín, Simón; Gómez Restrepo, Simón; Granda Jaramillo, Dany AlexanderIn this research, an analysis of the modalities of economic exploitation, legality and challenges and limitations of the exploitation of public use goods in the city of Medellín is carried out; to do this, we start with a description of the nature and elements of the public use of a public good, in accordance with the Colombian legal system; likewise, the consequences and effects of the inadmissibility of the lease contract for the economic use of public use assets in the city of Medellín are identified; and, finally, the constitutional and legal limitations and irregularities are recognized regarding the economic use of public goods by merchants in this city.
