Publicación Análisis de las políticas públicas para el manejo de consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en adolescentes : caso Córdoba(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Orozco Portillo, Marco TulioThis research seeks to address the problem of psychoactive substance use in adolescents as a social phenomenon that ends up affecting the general population. In Colombia, different public policies are created in order to control such consumption, however, the country has historically been a country of production and consumption of psychoactive substances; this is why there have also been attempts to apply strategies that help solve such problem, but there is no clarity about the level of efficiency of the strategies applied from the creation and implementation of public policies in order to manage the consumption of psychoactive substances in young people in the department of Córdoba. The SDO (2015) expresses that it is essential to direct attention to the internal consumption of psychoactive substances.
