Ítem Efectos de la terapia de constelaciones familiares en la salud mental : una revisión sistemática de la literatura entre 2009 y 2024(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Robayo Campo, Karina Giuliana; Manrique Tisnés, HoracioThe present work aims to explore the influence of family constellations on mental health, analyzing their effects on emotional, psychological and social well-being from a qualitative review approach. A review of qualitative, quantitative and mixed research published between January 2009 and August 2024 was conducted. Although certain potential benefits in the emotional, psychological and social domains are identified, it is not possible to conclude clearly on their effectiveness due to important methodological gaps in the reviewed studies. Further research is essential in order to determine the validity of family constellation therapy either as a possible complementary tool in psychotherapeutic accompaniment or as an enriching personal experience, without associating it with the clinical setting. For future research, there is a wide spectrum of possibilities that include exploring the causes behind the benefits observed in this therapy, the implementation of more rigorous methodologies and the realization of why benefits are found in this therapy, more rigorous methodologies and longitudinal follow-ups.Ítem Más allá de la evidencia : terapias alternativas(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Salas Ortega, Juliana; Villamizar Reyes, Milena MargaritaObjective.
