    The company Constructora Conconcreto S.A. is a listed enterprise in the Colombian Stock Exchange –BVC– by its initials in Spanish, dedicated to the development of infrastructure and construction projects in Colombia and the region, with more than 55 years of experience -- The growth in Colombia in the last 5 years has been based in the construction sector, driven by public infrastructure projects such as fourth generation road concessions, social interest housing and school classrooms -- The study situation of this document corresponds to the projected financial scenario for the company Constructora Conconcreto S.A. for the next 5 years, whose results will be subject to the macroeconomic and sectorial dynamic and to the historical own behavior, with the objective of estimating the fair value of the company, to issue a concept and recommendation that facilitates investment decisions -- In order to obtain the objective set, it is used the methodology of Discounted Free Cash Flows (DFCF) and market and company information will be obtained from recognized public sources
