One of the ways to achieve this goal is to acquire skills that allow the development of effective management processes. This study presents the development of a marketing plan for the Luminosa entrepreneurship, a candle producer that, based on its empirical experience and knowledge transfer from the academy, seeks to improve its processes and increase its competitiveness. Throughout this proposal, it is confirmed that all the stages of the planning process are interrelated and should not operate in isolation; all are important and contribute to the development of the SME. Therefore, it is necessary to grant small and medium-sized entrepreneurs structured tools to carry out a marketing plan that, beyond increasing sales, allows them to start an expansion process, without neglecting the generation of competitiveness and the contribution to the country's development.Ítem Definición de una línea de investigación en productividad con énfasis en el sector de la confección(Universidad EAFIT, 2005) Gómez Hurtado, Claudia Patricia; Rivera Urán, Sandra Catalina; Villegas Arias, Gladis CeciliaÍtem Desarrollo y competitividad de empresas del oriente antioqueño(Universidad EAFIT, 15/12/1999) Cadavid Herrera, Jose Vicente; Jaramillo Cardona, Margarita; Lopez Sanchez, Claudia Patricia; Universidad EAFIT; SENA Centro Multifactorial Oriente; Fundación Universitaria de Oriente AntioqueñoÍtem Desarrollo y competitividad de empresas del oriente antioqueño(Universidad EAFIT, 2000) Cadavid Herrera, Jose Vicente; Jaramillo Cardona, Margarita; Lopez Sanchez, Claudia Patricia; Departamento de Economía, Universidad EAFIT; Sena centro Multisectorial de Oriente; Fundación Universitaria del oriente Antioqueño; Escuela de Economía y Finanzas; Economía; Estudios en Economía y EmpresaÍtem Descripción de las metodologías de gestión que usan las startups en Colombia y su incidencia en la eficiencia y competitividad(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Salazar Cañola, Valeria; Sanclemente Mansilla, Julian; Uribe de Correa, Beatriz Amparo; Taborda Araque, Julián AndrésThis project aims to identify the most popular strategic and operational management methodologies used by startups in Colombia and how they can impact their efficiency and productivity. The origin of this research is based on the recognition that different management methodologies have been created and popularized throughout history, in all types of organizations and at different levels of them (operational, strategic, logistics, amongst others). Some of these methodologies have been maintained over time and many companies still use them today. Others did not have the expected success and disappeared, several have changed and have adapted to new types of organizations, and many, completely new ones have also emerged in recent years. . New ventures and startups, without a doubt, have put traditional management methods to the test, which is why the development of this research becomes important considering the prominence that startups have had in the global economic ecosystem and locally in Colombia in recent years. These companies evolve rapidly, and are subject to significant changes in the short/medium term, and generally do not manage a robust administration or strategic structure. New trends in administrative, strategic and operational management are created, some of these hybrids are even difficult to qualify and this undoubtedly unleashes a series of questions around the methodologies used by these type of companies that are intended to be developed in this project. This research addresses startups from different sectors in Colombia such as Fintech, Martech, Edtech, amongst others, which allow to evidence, according to the sector in which they participate, the differences that exist in the implementation of the different management methodologies.Ítem Desigualdad salarial: ¿Causa o consecuencia de la integración de los mercados?(Universidad EAFIT, 2004) Gómez Hernández, Andrés; BancolombiaÍtem Estado y competitividad en los esquemas de liberalismo económico(Universidad EAFIT, 1996) Montoya Corrales, Carlos; Universidad EAFITÍtem La estrategia de producción: una aproximación al nuevo paradigma en investigación en manufactura(Universidad EAFIT, 2004) Ibarra Mirón, Santiago; Sarache Castro, William Arie; Suárez García, Maidely; Universidad Central de Las Villas; Universidad Nacional de ColombiaÍtem Factores de éxito de las pymes maquiladoras del sector confección de la ciudad de Medellín y el Valle de Aburrá en el escenario 2033(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Arbeláez Sierra, José Fernando; López Gallego, Francisco Darío
