Propuesta de caracterización y estandarización del modelo “Company in a Box” como solución de servicios para empresas pequeñas

This study aimed to analyze the “Company in a Box” service model implemented by Summa Servicios Corporativos Integrales, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing a roadmap to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality in service delivery to target companies. To achieve this goal, a qualitative methodology was applied, combining document review, semi-structured interviews, and collaborative sessions with operational teams, negotiators, and service assurance representatives. The sources consulted included academic literature on process management, BPM and BPR methodologies, as well as internal documents and field notes. The analysis revealed gaps in service definition and documentation, along with challenges related to technological adaptation and change management. The proposed methodology, validated with the involved teams, contributed to formalizing processes and strengthening the value proposition of the CIAB model. As a general conclusion, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration are highlighted as key factors for the sustainability of the model and Summa’s positioning in the corporate services market.
