Ítem Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de coberturas de chocolate en Zipaquirá, con el propósito de satisfacer la demanda de una empresa productora de alimentos que lo utiliza como materia prima de sus productos(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Giraldo Guzmán, Juan Sebastián; Roa Moriones, Nicolás; Castañeda Roa, Yuri Alicia; Giraldo Hernández, Gina María; Salazar Gómez, Francisco JavierThis thesis was intended to evaluate the feasibility of creating a chocolate coating production company in Zipaquirá, in order to satisfy the demand of a food production company that uses it as raw material for its products; specifically, satisfy the demand of the company Muii S.A.S. To achieve the objective of this project, six studies were developed, to determine the feasibility of the project: environmental analysis through PESTEL analysis, market study, technical study, administrative and organizational study, legal study and finally, financial evaluation of the project. The results of these studies made it possible to determine the non-viability of the project, because, although it was based on the idea that apparently the project has a guaranteed client, in this case Muii SAS, variables other than financial ones were evaluated, which directly affect the implementation of an entrepreneurship. In addition, taking into account that the cost of the products that were intended to be offered, as well as their production and development, were already determined and were viable for the execution or development of the company's purpose, under a scenario of significant growth in the demand of the company Muii SAS (optimistic ideal scenario), were not feasible under the obtained result of the probable context of the market study.
