Although it is true the latest edition of the PMBOK highlights these issues, still there are organizations focusing only on deliverables or lacking of benefit management methodology. This project intends to propose a profit management model for the information technology (IT) projects in ilimitada SAS, a simplified joint-stock company, which involves effectively identifying the tangible and intangible benefits that a project can provide to justify it, planning how they will be realized successfully, monitoring them periodically, measuring the realization of benefits in the project closure, and, finally, making the transition ensuring that they remain.
