    Given the bicycle usage increment in Bogota, the biking routes network growth and the need for using alternative transportation that helps the environment and personal care in the city, a business opportunity was identified to focus mainly on services for bicycle users -- This research project presents the design of a business model trough the business model canvas proposed by Alexander Osterwalder to create a cycle café in the Chapinero area in Bogota -- The development of this project expanded knowledge of the target market to adapt preconceived ideas using information collected from interviews and polls, to formulate a value proposition coherent with market expectations
