It is, in the main, a descriptive study based on the documentary analysis -- Results In the information it was found that, although the conflict is innate to the human being and to all its organizational structures; the existing one for the subject to be discussed is scarce and the authors adopt it globally, but do not focus on the corporate center or its subsidiaries, so there are many things to talk about, but they are mostly seen from other sources -- Different perspectives from the present study -- In addition, it was found that, in effect, conflicts mostly arise due to communication problems between the different levels of the hierarchy and have an important effect on the operation, but it is not always harmful, because a well-structured organization sees conflicts as opportunities for improvement and develops strategies to provide solutions in the best possible way -- Conclusions Once again, the conflict goes hand in hand with humanity, but there are always enough tools to solve them and among them, communication and negotiation stand out as fundamental axes for the resolution of conflicts and the implementation of strategies based on the previous diagnosis of the situation
