    Over the years the need to value companies is increasingly necessary, mainly because investors seek to determine what the elements that make up the company's assets are, as well as its potential or any other characteristic that allows it to generate economic profits -- The aspects that relate to the value of a company, commonly serve as a guide for personal and managerial decision making; for this reason, the analysis derived from the valuation must be carried out with the necessary objectivity, which generates as a consequence a result that involves a minimum uncertainty. Within the business context of the company Casa Grajales SA, it is necessary to know the current value of the company through the discounted free cash flow method, due to the fact that it is currently under the precautionary measure of domain extinction, which has fact that the company, due to the inconveniences that the process generates, reduces the economic results of its exercises, for this reason, for the administration is of vital importance the knowledge of what is the value of the company in the market, to be able to establish a Baseline value in a possible negotiation, after defining the legal aspects currently owned by the company that prevent a possible transaction, as well as determining if the economic benefits generated are adequate to cover the cost of capital
