For this purpose, a quantitative study was apply with qualitative preliminary exploration focused on the active students of the academic program. In the process, it was possible to identify which were the decisive factors to study the postgraduate program in the university, the needs of each public and the differences between the multiple profiles of professionals who came to the university to study postgraduate programs. This identification will allow the entity to improve its service levels, especially the communication between the different areas in charge of the attention to the users, in particular to the students of the Master in Marketing.
