Ítem Diseño del departamento de mercadeo y apoyo comercial de la empresa Hierros HB S. A.(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Pérez Calderón, Juan Pablo; Giraldo Hernández, Gina María; Pineda Toro, Oscar MauricioThe art of selling is considered one of the most fruitful activities in history, going from bartering to the current economic model, with the concepts of exchanging and selling being immersed in the existence of human beings. The development of marketing, media and technology, has led companies to perform positively in the markets, which is why marketing departments are increasingly gaining value, becoming extremely important for companies. Going deeper into the topic, we find that one of the sectors with the highest rate of delay in the implementation of technology and marketing is the steel sector, which is a strong link in construction where together they are of great importance in the economy of a country. In Colombia, the steel sector corresponds to 2,4 % (Semana, 2023) of the GDP and the construction sector, which is strongly linked to the steel sector, represents 17,6 % of the GDP; Together they represent 20 % of the total Colombian GDP. (Camacol, 2021) The steel market, although it is not one of the sectors with the highest record of business creation, is a very competitive sector and for this reason they are one of those that in the last decade have sought to implement marketing departments into their organizational structures to improve their sales in an exponential form. Sources such as newspapers, websites and union blogs were consulted, among which I highlight Portafolio, Statista, Scope, Camacol, DANE, Camacero, among others, which contribute to the conclusion that a marketing department is extremely important to have bringing to the company better results and performance, especially in their incomes, and in addition, bringing strategic order to the companies.Ítem Documentación del proceso de implementación de un modelo de CRM para evaluar los efectos de la transformación digital en Labzul S.
