To achieve this end, the concept of “subject of law” in the context of minors, what it is to be trans, and finally informed consent as a legal institution for access to gender reaffirmation treatments are explored. The conclusions integrate the findings of each section, synthesizing the functioning of the current regulatory framework and key concepts.
