Despite the existence of a robust regulatory framework and international commitments made by the State, this practice persists and even increased during 2024. The objective is to identify whether the distributive justice measures implemented in the Colombian legal system are sufficient to prevent this phenomenon. Using a qualitative methodology based on the analysis of documentary sources from the perspective of legal philosophy, the results offer a critical reflection that urges the Colombian State to reorient its efforts towards transforming the structural conditions that perpetuate the vulnerability and exposure of minors to armed actors.
