Publicación Renacer campesino : herramientas para la autogestión sostenible del territorio en la zona de Reserva Campesina de San José de Apartadó(Universidad EAFIT, 2026) Arroyo Guerra, Leison Enrique; Ruiz Rave, Ana Isabel; Jiménez Mira, Julián Esteban; Montoya Restrepo, NatalyThis study aims to design territorial self-management tools for the peasant communities of San José de Apartadó, within the framework of the Peasant Reserve Zone (ZRC). Through a characterization of the territorial tensions currently converging in San José de Apartadó, the research develops a comprehensive understanding of the territory, addressing aspects such as its ecosystem value, land-use suitability, the identity of its inhabitants, its historical trajectory in the context of the armed conflict, and the expressions of its social fabric. These elements collectively reveal this territory as a space under dispute. Furthermore, the study analyzes the articulation between the overlapping territorial, productive, and environmental planning. This analysis examines the regulatory framework and the overlapping of different legal frameworks within the study area, through three dimensions of articulation: territorial vision, spatial-regulatory perspective, and operational management. The study identifies opportunities for applying the principles of coordination, concurrence, and subsidiarity in some areas, while others require harmonization between different legal frameworks to avoid territorial or institutional tensions. Finally, the methodological approach employed a mixed-methods framework for data collection, utilizing fieldwork through interviews, narratives, social mapping, and GIS analysis. The application of these instruments enabled the consolidation of a toolbox comprising practical, interactive, and useful resources for participatory territorial self-management. This toolkit includes educational resources, cartographic materials, environmental data, audiovisual materials, and didactic resources, providing guidance that contributes to the production, conservation, and continued presence of rural communities in their territories.
