    C.I Practident S.A.S., is a Colombian manufacturing company, dedicated to the production and commercialization of didactic models for dental students -- The company has had experience not only in the local market but in the international market, reflecting that around 60% of its sales are exports to different countries, but despite their experience in commercializing their products, they do not have an export plan to give continuity and growth to its sales, which has prevented timely taking advantage of different market environments -- The elaboration of the exporter plan for Practident, is with the objective of proposing an action plan and an internationalization strategy, which allows the company to increase its possibilities of entering new markets and to be able to give continuity with its exports, through macroeconomic analysis of potential markets, selection of the target market, analysis of the product in the target market and the design of strategies and recommendations for the company, for which aspects of international logistics, foreign trade regulations and tariff barriers are also taken into account
