The methodology used in this research is self-learning in Power BI, for the automation, transformations and application of visualizations of bank indicators. A. that supports strategic decision-making by the general management and serves as a short-term tool for financial control. Its elaboration was divided into two phases; the first known as short-term financial planning was developed with a time horizon of one year and its main objective is to allow the exercise of financial control, meanwhile, the second phase known as long-term financial planning sought through the use of tools of data science reduce uncertainty through projections with a solid statistical basis. Finally, through the use of corporate finance and analytics, a financial planning and projection model was consolidated that allows the exercise of financial control and strategic decision-making.
