Canvas, to structure the business model as a personal entrepreneurship project, incorporating an analysis of the environment with PESTEL and Five Forces of Porter as an integral part of the profiling of the client and the value proposition. This undertaking arises from my professional experience in different companies in the health sector in which I have had the opportunity to demonstrate the difficulties of administrators to adequately manage the resources allocated to the maintenance of their infrastructures and what it represents for the continuity of the business to comply with the applicable legal framework, a situation that was validated through key informants and protagonists who participated in this researchÍtem Propuesta de modelo de negocio sostenible para la empresa Ecoclean SAS usando la herramienta de Triple Layered Business Model Canvas(2020) Carvajal Cortés, Laura María; Vidal Ramírez, AlejandraSustainable business models aren’t just a trend, they are a prevailing need that is addressed from innovation processes using different methodological tools. This research proposes a sustainable business model for a small company that produces and commercialize biodegradable home cleaning products in the city of Medellín, using the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) tool, which is an extension of the canvas designed by Osterwalder & Pigneur (2010) towards the aspects of social and environmental value creation. The design of the value proposal is based on the client's understanding, executing a qualitative analysis of nine (9) in-depth interviews conducted with different consumers of household cleaning products in three identified market segments.
