    Estrategia para la implementación de la metodología BIM en una Pyme colombiana

    This research project focuses on acquiring new competencies in the BIM methodology as part of the process to obtain a master's degree in engineering at Universidad EAFIT. To this end, a study is conducted involving a small to medium-sized Colombian company, which undergoes an assessment of its BIM maturity and capability through the BIM Forum Colombia portal of the Colombian Chamber of Construction (CAMACOL). Subsequently, a BIM implementation proposal is developed, identifying the processes, people, and technologies required for its execution, based on the guidelines established in the BIM Forum Colombia implementation guides.
