    In February 2021, Banco W, the leading entity in granting microcredit in Colombia, became the first private financial entity in the country to carry out an issue of Social Bonds in the main market of the public market. of values. This document will present the process of structuring the business, decision making at the managerial level , challenges with stakeholders, the relevance of this issue for institutional investors and finally the results of the issue, its transversal contribution to the issuer's business strategy and its impact at a social level.
