    The benefits obtained by generating energy savings are quite considerable, taking into account all possible alternatives, related to the environment in which it can be developed -- In this case increasing the energy efficiency of the company Cervunion from the electrical consumption of its cooling system is the subject that will address the present research and which will be developed through a technical-financial comparison of design alternatives of a system of double temperature circuit by means of the cost-benefit analysis for the optimization of energy consumption in the central cooling system -- To this end, a research process must be carried out that starts by calculating the thermal load of the brewery by means of the collection of thermal consumption of the users of the central refrigeration system, to obtain the current panorama of the company and from that load, to design alternatives of the double temperature circuit system with detailed engineering to obtain the flow chart of the possible configurations -- Then the costing of each alternative must be made with the preparation of the comparative budget to obtain the technical and financial evaluation; and thus be able to propose the best option that meets the requirements of the company
