During the development of the paper, Covid-19 pandemic arose, so the authors analize the disruptions and challenges brought by this event to IT Industry in general and Conectiva Networks in particular. Conceptual framework of references. It is approached from the perspective of exploration, by the legal framework (social security) of South American countries, with academic sources from public or private entities, in relation to the theoretical concepts of international human resources and intercultural management. Method: Qualitative Document Analysis is a descriptive, transactional and comparative study; the research subjects are the five South American countries with their respective laws and processes. Conclusions. The mentioned countries are in the same geographical region and share cultural characteristics. However, they tend to be different at the level of human management processes both in the number of processes and in the cost of an employee. Before making the decision to enter a market in any of these countries, the human management area plays a leading role.
