Ítem Aplicación del mercadeo interno en empresas de Medellín(Universidad EAFIT, 2017) Granada Salazar, Daniela; Ramírez Correa, Juan David; Muñoz Molina, YaromirThis descriptive exploratory qualitative study aims to analyze the internal marketing strategies applied by five companies that have activity in Medellín such as Pintuco, Bavaria, Alquería, Servicios Nutresa and Argos, to consolidate a unique value-added offer, to achieve high standards of competitiveness and to develop profitability and sustainability -- The document describes a conceptual review of the topic, based on the exploration of the theoretical background, obtained from research articles indexed to scientific databases and related bibliography, to understand the variables internal marketing, internal clients and internal communication, and determine how these elements are interrelated to give rise to strategies that manage job satisfaction, corporate cohesion, sense of belonging and organizational culture -- Research includes a consideration of stakeholders that can be problematic when implementing internal marketing -- That is why it is established that outsourced workers, trade unions and workers resistant to change, are foci on which to work with special effortÍtem Integración vertical: caso BAVARIA S.A. – TEV S.A.(Universidad EAFIT, 2017) Rodríguez Caicedo, Gerson; Gaitán Riaño, Sandra ConstanzaCost reduction, through consolidation of all processes in value chain, became one of the fundamental strategies to increase profit since SABMiller acquired Bavaria S.A in 2005 -- Bavaria purchased the company Transportes Especializados Del Valle in 2011 in order to own its transport fleet and to be able to manage all processes from production to distribution of goods -- Our investigation aims to evaluate the vertical integration approach used by Bavaria and the subsidiary Transportes Especializados del Valle as an alternative to improve financial performance, operation cost reduction and strategic management -- We aim to compare the difference between actual distribution costs for Bavaria S.A. done by Transportes Especializados del Valle and all costs incurred by hundred per cent third party operation -- We will review and evaluate financial statements from Bavaria and its subsidiary and we will weigh pros and cons of Bavaria's takeover of Transportes Especializados del Valle through analysis of financial indicators related to income -- It concludes that Vertical Integration between Bavaria and Transportes Especializados del Valle produced economic, financial and strategic benefits -- The consolidation of value chain resulted in profit increase, distribution cost reduction and optimization of operating processes
