Publicación Estilos de liderazgo predominantes y su incidencia en el desarrollo interno en equipos de proyectos ágiles en Bancolombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2026-05-20) Mora Peláez, Samuel; López Gallego, Francisco DaríoWhat leadership styles have the greatest positive impact on agile project teams within the Talent and Culture Vice Presidency at Bancolombia, in terms of effectiveness and goal achievement? This study aims to identify the most favorable leadership styles for these teams, fostering performance and generating input to guide development actions and continuous improvement processes in leadership. The methodology begins by characterizing leadership styles using an adapted Situational Leadership Test (TLS) administered to a sample of 40 individuals. It then identifies the goal achievement of the 28 evaluated teams and finally examines the relationship between the two variables under study: leadership style and team performance. This research employed a methodology that integrates Situational Leadership Styles (TLS) with goal achievement, revealing that the consultative (S2) and participative (S3) styles are positively associated with the sustainability and stability of performance. However, the organization's Talent area should develop leaders focused on situational diagnosis skills and transversality of styles, instead of strengthening only one (plurality in management styles).
