    This article compares the practice of evidence in virtual hearings for criminal and other judicial proceedings in Colombia, taking as a reference the Constitutional Court's Ruling C-134 of 2023. The research focuses on the normative and practical differences between these types of proceedings, exploring how the ruling impacts the administration of justice in different contexts. It analyzes the Court's rationale, the technological challenges and implications of this differentiation for procedural law in Colombia.
