This allowed for a comparison of the results and behaviors of a high-performing team with those of a team with room for improvement, the results reveal clear and observable differences in how the teams manage everyday conflicts and express their disagreements, or lack thereof, assertively. The study found that the high-performing team showed a greater tendency toward collaborative styles and more consistent levels of assertive communication, while the team with room for improvement exhibited greater variability in conflict management styles and less homogeneous levels of assertiveness. These findings suggest that a tendency toward collaborative styles in conflict resolution and a higher level of assertive communication may be associated with better performance levels in project teams when pursuing common goals.Publicación Intervención comportamental para aumentar la permanencia del profesorado en el programa Trayectorias del Centro de Excelencia para el Aprendizaje de la Universidad EAFIT(Universidad EAFIT, 2026) Durán Zapata, Cristian Stiven; Gallego Grajales , Juliana; Ochoa Ruiz, Karen; Córdoba Sánchez, VerónicaPublicación Lecciones aprendidas sobre el desarrollo del proyecto Primavera II del Equipo EAFIT-EPM Solar Car Team(Universidad EAFIT, 2016) Betancur Paz, Julián; Peláez Quintero, Luis Miguel; Betancur Valencia, EstebanDue to the initiative of the company EPM in 2011 and 2012, a competition of solar energy was done in the city of Medellin where the main participants were students of public and private schools -- Due to its great success, it was decided to link the EAFIT University as an ally to develop researches and applications in sustainable mobility (Conrado, 2013) -- The aim of the EPM-EAFIT alliance was focused on being able to build a solar vehicle designed and manufactured in Colombia, with all the specifications required to compete in the World Solar Challenge (WSC) of Australia in 2013, the most recognized solar car race in the world (Universidad EAFIT, 2013) -- After managing to compete in 2013, the alliance EAFIT-EPM remained, and decided to participate in the next race, WSC 2015, with an improved vehicle to be more competitive -- It is here that was born the project CT-2014-000103-A2 Primavera II – Improvement the design of the solar vehicle Spring to fulfill higher efficiency guidelines of the World Solar Challenge 2015", which in this work is called" Spring II EAFIT – EPM Solar car team -- Primavera projects have not included in its execution the collection and dissemination of learned lessons, this added to the high turnover of project participants has greatly hindered the transfer of knowledge from one project to another -- This work focuses on gathering information about learned lessons in the "Primavera II" project 2014-2015 -- To achieve the main objective, in the first instance there is defined the management model used in the development of the project to understand the nature of its leadership and management -- This was done through data collection tools, such as document review, surveys and interviews, and the model was contrasted with an international standard proposed by the PMI (Project Management Institute, 2013), The PMBOK Guide -- After understanding the nature of the project, one proceeded to design and program the compilation of learned lessons, a review of documents related to the planning and development of the project was done -- There were analyzed 46 minutes of committee, 9 technical reports and 18 surveys -- This information was verified and synthesized with the help of a series of interviews and expert’s judgments -- All the gathered information was classified and documented in a repository -- Finally, after illustrating the project participants about the importance of the gathered information, it is proposed a management model of learned lessons applied to the original project management modelPublicación Plataformas de experiencia digital para la enseñanza de experiencia de usuario, un estudio de caso(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Gómez Rueda, Manuel Alejandro; Lalinde Pulido, Juan GuillermoThe implementation of a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) at Universidad EAFIT not only enhances the user experience through its corporate benefits but also offers opportunities to improve the teaching processes of user interface design in three of its undergraduate programs.
