Guía para gestionar recursos en principios de cooperación internacional
(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Calderón Pérez, Dayhane Del Carmen; Botero Mora, Ana María
The general objective of this research is to propose a guide to manage resources in principles of International Cooperation that contributes to the development of the projects of the Triple A Foundation; establishing strategies that allow access to and take advantage of aid from the Cooperation, not only in search of resources but also in the impact of its projects to fight poverty and inequality. Topics such as the concept of cooperation, whose meaning is based on a construction of relationships that seek, under the same goal, to develop joint participation, will be theoretically dealt with. Likewise, the concept of cooperation for development is defined, which allows broadening the spectrum of ideas that can be developed, when one thinks of "cooperation" only. The origin, evolution and meaning of International Cooperation for Development, the antecedents, participants and the modalities of International Cooperation will be studied in depth; providing a scheme of possible cooperators to achieve alliances between organizations. The unit of analysis is constituted by the triple A foundation of the city of Barranquilla, since it meets the inclusion criteria, while it is a foundation that carries out International Cooperation projects focused on development. The study will be based on the review of secondary sources such as foundation documents and scientific articles, related to the subject. All of the above is intended to ensure that this research allows Non-Governmental Organizations such as the Triple A Foundation to apply International Cooperation policies that contribute to the assertive execution of projects that result in meeting the needs of the populations involved. As well as, it seeks to generate a culture of knowledge regarding the procedures that must be followed, to apply to calls for International Cooperation.
