Currently, the prices are considered as key instruments to get growing results in the short and long term.Ítem Estudio de factibilidad para la creación del negocio Arte-Bar en la ciudad de Pereira(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Becerra Alonso, Paola Andrea; Hurtado Restrepo, Julián Alberto; Uribe de Correa, Beatriz Amparo; Salazar Gómez, Francisco JavierWith this work, is sought to analyze the feasibility for the foundation of the Art – Bar in the city of Pereira, this idea came up as a response to the importance of the leisure within the social development of the people; furthermore, understanding the opportunity that exist nowadays in the economic development of the coffee region.To accomplish the present study, it was taken account the analysis of the macroeconomic environment of the entertainment and gastronomic sector, for which the Pestel instrument was used to evaluate the political, economic, social, technological, ecological, and legal environments that surround the sectors studied in the present work. In addition, market, technical, administrative, legal and financial studies were carried out, which are part of the feasibility study. Finally, the project is viable in the most probable and optimistic scenarios, with a IRR (Internal Rate of Return) above the TIO (Internal Rate of Opportunity) and a NPV (Net Present Value) and positive cash flow.
