Publicación En búsqueda de la paz urbana : retos y desafíos del proceso de diálogo socio jurídico con organizaciones criminales del Valle de Aburrá en marco de la política de Paz Total(Universidad EAFIT, 2025) Marín Silva, Julián Andrés; Duncan Cruz, Gustavo RobertoThis research project analyzes the challenges of the socio-legal dialogue process between the National Government and the high-impact organized armed crime structures (EAOCAI) of the Aburrá Valley, within the framework of the Colombian government's Total Peace policy. It examines institutional interventions stemming from previous processes, civil society participation in the current dialogue agenda, and the progress and obstacles at the socio-legal dialogue process. The study highlights the importance of Total Peace in the government's agenda and the complexity of dialogues with criminal organizations in urban contexts. It argues that these dialogues, although with difficulties, have shown a degree of stability and verifiable results, such as violence reduction. However, the process faces challenges as intergovernmental coordination and the participation of key stakeholders, including business associations.
