Publicación Análisis de la etapa de diseño de la política pública de desarrollo económico de Medellín 2017(Universidad EAFIT, 2018) Macías Álvarez, María Vanessa; Yepes Pérez, Ricardo LeónThe present paper is been written in order to qualify for the title of Magister in Government and Public Policy -- This purpose of this paper is to explain how this exercise seeks to analyze the design phase of the public policy of economic development of the municipality of Medellín 2017 underthe cycle of public policies -- To achieve this, the method used is the case analysis -- Similarly, the analysis of the public policy of economic development of the municipality of Medellín, is carried out through the theorists that Julio Franco (2017) and Andrë-Noel Roth (2002) proposed -- These theoriesallow us to determine whether the policy meets or not the theoretical parameters to be considered a public policy, at least in its design phase -- During the process it is found that the public policy of economic development of the Municipality of Medellín 2017, lacks focus on the public problem that it wishes to address, it does not propose concrete solutions and lacks prior evaluation in the design phase, as a result it cannot be considered at this stage due to it not complying with the current theoretical frameworkÍtem Constitución municipal i Ordenanzas espedidas por la Lejislatura constituyente de Pamplona en sus sesiones de 1855(Pamplona : Imprenta de "El Cuatro de Julio" 1856, 1865) Lejislatura constituyente de la Provincia de Pamplona
