This article is generated as a result of the investigation of a critical analysis and a reflection of the principle successes and failures of the implementation processes of the Peace Agreements of El Salvador (1992), Guatemala (1996) and Nicaragua (1988); where, from a documentary review, a description and interpretation of the different phases contained in the construction of each peace agreement was made. The pertinence of this investigative process will enable, based on the findings found, to make a contribution to new spaces for discussion and reflection in the current process of implementation of the "Final Agreement for the Termination of the Conflict and the Construction of a Stable and Lasting Peace" in Colombia (2016).

The present research starting from a summary of the theoretical conception of transitional justice and subsequent historical recount of the main cases of application in the world and in Colombia to carry out an analysis of the transitional justice system agreed upon by the Government of Colombia and the FARC-EP in the Final Peace Agreement of 2016, specifically in the hypothesis of early acceptance of responsibility before the Special Justice for Peace by those most responsible for serious violations of human rights, international humanitarian law and crimes of war, in order to determine if the benefits granted there respect the rights to truth, reparation and non-repetition of the victims.

The armed conflict in Colombia has been one of the longest in Latin America, with more than six decades of violence rooted in social inequality, the struggle for land, and ideological disputes. In this context, women have been victims, targets of violence, and also protagonists in the country's history. The sum of these events has significantly impacted the construction of their identity, both from their own perspective and from the viewpoint of society. Identity, understood as the result of a social exchange influenced by internalized norms, roles, and status, is affected by multiple factors; among them, nutritional status, which plays a fundamental role, as it affects physical and mental well-being, as well as influencing self-perception and social integration. In the 2005 and 2016 peace processes, the Colombian State declared women as subjects of special protection, categorizing them within a differential approach and acknowledging that the historical gap of discrimination against them must be closed. This research sought to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and identity construction in female ex-combatants in the process of reintegration after the signing of the 2016 peace agreements, in order to understand how these factors influence their adaptation to civilian life and their self-perception within society.
