    At present, the process of analysis and interpretation of information has become the basis for making business decisions -- The purpose of this document is to construct an idea that will serve as a tool for the agricultural aviation company to determine if it is feasible, in a financial, legal and technical way, to renew the fleet of aircraft and to pay a lease of the aircraft to A third party to have its own fleet through a financial lease -- This proposal arises when the opportunity of the company is identified, in addition to the inconveniences that present operationally and logistically with the current aircraft, becoming a study situation of interest to the company -- This research is expected to apply knowledge in corporate finance, business valuation and financial strategy, acquired in the Master in Financial Administration, and costs as well as determine the feasibility of this investment proposal
