    This work aims to design a four-year financial outlook for an auto parts company in Colombia, incorporating multiple concepts that contributed to its development. Additionally, macroeconomic factors and sector analysis were considered. The objectives of this work were achieved by applying qualitative and quantitative diagnostic methods according to the study, using the company's financial statements since 2017 to understand its growth, pre-pandemic situation, management of the health crisis, and post-pandemic stage. Subsequently, a model of operational, commercial, and financial management is proposed to generate growth for the company over the next four years.
