The research addresses Hábito Arquitectura's need to consolidate a sustainable competitive advantage. In response to the growing demand for agility and adaptability, a methodological framework is proposed that transcends traditional approaches, facilitating the identification, analysis, dissemination, and strategic application of the knowledge generated.
