Ítem Los desafíos y resultados positivos en la implementación del Plan Estratégico Metropolitano de Ordenamiento Territorial (PEMOT) en el Área Metropolitana del Valle de Aburrá (AMVA)(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Castro Moreno, Luz Marlen; Ramos Villa, María EugeniaÍtem Factores que inciden en la decisión de compra de vivienda en el Oriente antioqueño(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Múnera Ibarra, Ana Marcela; Botero Cardona, AndrésHome sales at the Oriente antioqueño have been increased in the last years, based on the pandemic boom and the region potential, because of its grate topography and extension. As a result, this region of the country has been turning in a big opportunity for the real estate promoters and the construction sector. There are very few real estate market reports globally and much less in Colombia, even though the real estate investments are one of the most important decisions of human beings. Individual investors take their time and look for expert advisors before they make any decision. All this leads to classify investing in the real estate market as a complex decision. This project arises in this field of study asking to know the factors that influence the real estate investing process at the specific region (Oriente antioqueño). To approach this topic, we chose a quantitative method. The quantitative method is based on the capture and analysis of the data that we collected through interviews. The interviews were applied to people from 20 - 69 years old, who already invested or are planning to invest in real estate properties at the studied region (Oriente antioqueño) and who live in 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 “estratos” * at the Metropolitan Area or at the Oriente antioqueño. The purpose of this project is to generate new resources based on new mass media and quality efficient contents to be able to come near to the potential home investors, so the real estate promoters increase their sales in this specific region, which is living a high potential development.Ítem Región Metropolitana : implicaciones ambientales desde su diseño organizacional e institucional(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Zuluaga Bedoya, Ana María; Sánchez Barrera, Valery; Ramos Villa, María EugeniaThe Bogotá-Cundinamarca Metropolitan Region was created by the legislative act N.02 in 2020, as a cutting-edge frame of territorial associativity that allows the strengthening of intergovernmental relations among close municipalities through horizontal cooperation systems, aimed at the execution of programs that help communities in matters related with environment, mobility, utilities, public safety, food, and marketing. This investigation aims to determine the environmental implications as well as the institutional design that the Bogotá-Cundinamarca Metropolitan Region carries itself, as well as to categorize the most relevant elements that make it a public associative scheme, which in turn allows to make a comparative analysis with another related district; the Area Metropolitana del Valle de Aburrá AMVA—like a territorial sketch with the best developed as an environmental authority—. It is expected that the results of this investigation bring helpful results that allow the incorporation of those benefits found in the AMVA, which could solve future difficulties that the Metropolitan Region presents if it wants to be an Environmental Authority. The method and nature of the paradigm of this research is qualitative, carried out using semi-structured interviews, literature review and relevant legal regulations.
