Ítem Análisis del sindicalismo colombiano desde la Teoría de la Agencia(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Zapata Cruz, Juan Pablo; Villa Restrepo, SantiagoThe defense of the rights and interests of workers in Colombia, through the exercise of labor union associations, may have direct implications on social interaction, pro-ductive capacity and quality of life in the country. When these effects are not consid-ered, the workers and their leaders in labor union associations denaturalize the es-sence and teleology of syndicalism, and consequently its development generates negative outcomes for the intervening parts of the collective negotiation and for the society understood as a whole.
