    Modelos de estructuración de operaciones de crédito para pymes en Colombia utilizando fintech y fondos de inversión colectiva (FIC)

    Currently, not only in Colombia but at global level, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have a restricted access to sources of financing, which becomes an impediment to their growth. Few of them survive, and on average 80 per cent are bankrupted to the third year. This is mainly due to the fact that most of them are subjected to low levels of financial education and their decisions are taken with little knowledge of the topic. In the end, this situation does not make credit subjects for banks and other resource - borrowing entities, making them not available to the capital needed to continue operating. Given the above problems, a study has been raised of how to give these undertakings more funding options through the use of new Technologies (Fintech), structuring a model that will allow for the assessment of the risk of financing them by picking up investor resources through collective investment funds (FIC)
