This change in the business model was developed as a response to the economic crisis consequence of the global COVID-19 pandemic, as well as at the national strike that took place in various cities and lasted over a month in 2021. Through compilation, analysis and elaboration of historical financial data indicators of the company, it was possible to show a positive change in liquidity, inventory management and significant savings in working capital.
