For this purpose, various bentonite and paraffin formulations were prepared. 3 different material proportions were used to ensure a homogeneous phase. The rheological properties of the resulting formulations were characterized by a rotational rheometer. This paper presents the rheological characterization of paraffin wax and bentonite blends in order to obtain some insights to upscale the extrusion process of the prototyping industrial clay developed in EAFIT university.
